The modification provides more robustness, handling and a tougher rear shock mounting point. The subframe is made of lightweight, fiberglass reinforced plastic, which can be mounted in diffrent positions for different seat heights. This means that the KTM SX-E 5 can 'grow' with your young racer.
TRACK READY
Wheels
KTM SX-E 5 is fitted with 12" and 10" lightweight, black anodized, aluminum rims which provide the highest strength and durability for any eventuality. These are wrapped in MAXXIS MX-ST tires, to provide unmatched traction on any surface.

Front suspension
The KTM SX-E 5 boasts a fully adjustable, upside-down WP XACT air fork with a 35 mm tube diameter and 205 mm of travel. This ensures outstanding comfort, damping characteristics, and directional stability. Another main benefit for junior riders is that the air spring fitted in the left fork leg can be adjusted perfectly to the rider's weight using a simple air pump.

The integrated battery management system (BMS) ensures the safety and longevity of the battery pack. Charging time has been reduced, with 0-80% capacity achievable in 45 minutes while 0-100% is possible in just 70 minutes.
