    What is a sports tourer?

    The title of Sports Tourer is often given to motorcycles that allow you to ride for longer distances than Supersports but, have some essence of sportiness. At KTM, a Sports Tourer is a motorcycle that lets you push as hard as you can, slide into corners, and blast out of them! All of this while covering bigger distances than would otherwise be possible on a Supersport!

    MIXED FORTUNES FOR RED BULL KTM ON DAKAR RALLY STAGE 10

    Red Bull KTM Factory Racing have successfully completed a challenging stage 10 of the 2026 Dakar Rally. Luciano Benavides fought hard to claim an excellent third-place result. Daniel Sanders unfortunately suffered a crash, which has left him injured, but he was able to bring his KTM 450 RALLY home in 16th place. Edgar Canet’s progress was interrupted after stopping to assist several riders involved in crashes, and he ultimately placed 10th.

    Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Daniel Sanders has finished as runner-up on stage nine of the 2026 Dakar Rally, reclaiming the lead in the overall standings. Luciano Benavides placed ninth after opening the first 100 kilometers of the special, while a technical issue halted Edgar Canet’s momentum, dropping him to 28th at the finish.
