    KTM motorcycles come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, providing you with the confidence to conquer any road or trail. Additionally, a PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY is available, offering up to 4 years of coverage for certain street models* at no extra cost.

    Please note that some motorcycles, such as Street track-only models, are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, adhering to the service schedule outlined in the owner’s manual is essential for maintaining all types of warranties – standard and premium. Our extensive authorized KTM dealer network is always on hand, ready to provide expert maintenance and regular servicing to keep your bike running like new. With KTM, you can ride further, faster, and worry-free.

    MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

    KTM motorcycles come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. The full duration depends on the specific model. However, some motorcycles, like Street track-only models, are exempt from the manufacturer’s warranty. Authorized KTM dealers will have all the information.

    PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

    Selected models come with the PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, delivering up to 4 years of coverage on street bikes and 1 year on EXC-F models, right from the start, at no additional cost. KTM also provides an energized warranty program on its 2027 electric models. The KTM FREERIDE E is backed by 2 years of coverage on the motorcycle, powerpack, and charger. The E Mini range includes a 1-year warranty on the motorcycle and 2 years on the powerpack and charger. With comprehensive, factory-backed coverage across its lineup, KTM ensures you can ride with confidence, knowing your bike is protected by experts for the long haul.

    All services must be conducted according to the service schedule of the motorcycle. KTM recommends that maintenance be performed by authorized KTM dealers to ensure proper diagnosis, tools, and procedures. Owners may choose any qualified repair facility or perform maintenance themselves. Warranty coverage may be denied if failure is caused by improper maintenance or incorrect repair procedures. We recommend KTM dealerships as the best place to fulfil your maintenance obligation. Conditions of the regular manufacturer’s warranty apply.

    PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY coverage ranges from 1 year for eligible KTM EXC‑F models to up to 4 years for all other 2025‑and‑newer street‑legal motorcycles across KTM’s street segments. The KTM FREERIDE E is backed by 2 years of coverage on the motorcycle, powerpack, and charger. The E Mini range includes a 1-year warranty on the motorcycle and 2 years on the powerpack and charger.

    Transparent and consistent coverage now applies to street-legal motorcycles starting from model year 2025 onward, regardless of engine displacement. The 4-year PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY applies to street-legal KTM motorcycles across the following segments:

    The PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY applies to the following 2027 new unregistered KTM electric motorcycles:

    • KTM FREERIDE E (2 year coverage on motorcycle, powerpack and charger)

    • KTM SX-E 5 (1 year coverage on motorcycle, 2 year powerpack and charger)

    • KTM SX-E 2 (1 year coverage on motorcycle, 2 year powerpack and charger)

    The 1-year PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY applies to the following 2025-and-newer unregistered KTM EXC-F motorcycles:

    • KTM 500 EXC-F

    • KTM 350 EXC-F

    *Exclusions from the PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY include track-only and closed course competition models.

     

    • The PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY is free and applied automatically (to the models mentioned above). You don’t have to take any further action.
    • The PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY is tied to the motorcycle, not the owner, so it can be transferred if the bike is sold.
    • The PREMIUM MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY is a worldwide policy, ensuring your bike is covered no matter where you ride.
