The Grand Prix of Qatar was notable for two top six results for Enea Bastianini and Pedro Acosta at the epic Lusail International Circuit. The Italian and the Spaniard explored the limits of their KTM RC16s in a close chase for 5th and an 11-point haul with Bastianini narrowly beating his brandmate. On race day in Lusail the KTM GP Academy took 5th in Moto3™ thanks to Alvaro Carpe as Brian Uriarte sealed the Rookie of the Year distinction.

The trip included the European KTM Rally in Sibiu, Romania. The tour began in Lengua, Austria, with 18 riders from around the world. We travelled through Admont, Austria, Maribor, Slovenia, before continuing over the next two days to Pécs in Hungary and Timișoara in Romania. Along the way, we visited the KTM Motohall and wine regions and sampled plenty of local food – Hungarian goulash was a favourite. With no major mishaps, we finally arrived at the KTM Rally in Romania. Romania was on another level – and is a story in itself. Riding part of the 2025 Red Bull Romaniacs course was nothing like we expected! But this trip is all about Italy …
