    The wait is over. Bring your KTM SX-F and KTM XC-F closer to the full factory READY TO RACE experience thanks to the new Connectivity Unit Offroad that opens a wider realm of setup and performance capabilities. Thanks to easy-to-install, highly durable hardware and the possibilities contained through the free KTMConnect App, the CUO is the doorway to next-level riding. The CUO is now standard on 2024 KTM SX-F FACTORY EDITIONS, and can retrofitted to 2023 or 2024 KTM SX-Fs and XC-F's.

    The CUO is a data and GPS-based two-piece system. The first unit is attached between the front fork and triple clamp and behind a KTM numberplate. The GPS receiver then sits on top of the front fender: creating an aspect exactly like the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing KTM SX-Fs. When activated the CUO is synced automatically and instantaneously with a rider’s KTMConnect App (free to download from Google PlayStore or Apple AppStore). Racers and riders can now activate a series of wireless connectivity functions and features to full customize their KTM for a variety of track conditions and also dissect and improve their own on-track performance.

    Engine

    Alter a KTM’s engine behavior and characteristics from this menu option inside KTMConnect. Riders can opt for PRIME (toggling levels of Traction Control) or ADVANCED settings (engine braking, throttle response, traction control and launch control) as well as engaging the Quickshifter. There are also presets for specific tracks with SAND, GRAVEL, HARD PACK and DRY and WET parameters. Any 2023 or 2024 KTM SX-F and XC-F can be quickly tuned to the demands of a particular riding session or a rider’s skill or fitness. There is also a default option to return the engine mapping to its original state. 

    Suspension

    Choosing the SAG ASSISTANT or SUSPENSION SETTINGS tabs in KTMconnect allows for additional customization tailored to a rider's weight, skill level, and specific track or weather conditions. By inputting weight and measurement data, the system generates recommendations for shock preload or spring rates. Furthermore, riders can receive guidance based on their skill level, categorized as BASIC, ADVANCED, or PRO, and specific advice for tracks with varying surfaces like SAND, SOFT, MEDIUM, and HARD. This feature provides comprehensive support for optimizing suspension settings based on individual preferences and riding conditions.

    A valuable collaboration with analysis experts LitPro enhances the RIDER feature on KTMconnect, leveraging the capabilities of the CUO. Through user-friendly software integrated into the app, RIDER not only dissects the motorcycle's performance metrics on a lap-by-lap basis but also provides highly personalized insights for each session.

Post-ride, riders can share their recordings, enhancing the community experience. Additionally, attaching a heart rate monitor adds another layer of personalization to the RIDER feature. 

    • LAP & SEGMENT TIME - Stay on top of your lap times every ride and examine your performance. Confront your own records head-on or measure up against fellow riders to assert your dominance.
    • SIDE BY SIDE LAP COMPARISON - Compare your laps by overlaying them side by side. This allows you to visually identify where you gained or lost time.
    • ACCELERATION & BRAKING - RIDER reveals your starting point and the intensity of your acceleration or braking. Utilize this information to experiment with various zones and timings.
