50 SX - THE PERFECT LAUNCHPAD INTO THE MX WORLD
Not a ‘toy’, but a genuine KTM for budding racers of four to ten years. The 50 SX with 12 inch front and 10 inch rear wheel is the perfect start for Motocross champions up to around 4’3’’. A rugged steel frame, generously sized suspension components, high quality disc brakes and a host of well thought-out details set the benchmark in quality and safety. Delivering reliable propulsion for endless training sessions and races, the engine has a great, linear power delivery. An optional restrictor kit allows for a power reduction to a moderate 5.5 hp. Developed by WP Suspension, the 35 mm USD front forks with 205 mm of travel significantly improve stability while providing the best damping characteristics and a sensitive response. The ergonomics are perfectly matched to our smallest pilots. The 50 SX benefits from the incredibly easy action full-size Domino twist grip, and with the singlespeed automatic transmission and the new centrifugal clutch – which is lighter now and easier to adjust and provides even better acceleration – motocross is easier than riding a bicycle.

65 SX - PROMOTION TO THE NEXT DIVISION
A 65 cc bike is perfect for Motocross riders between eight and twelve years with some previous off-road experience. And the 65 SX is a sure winner in that class. The latest in 2-stroke technology with a pressure controlled exhaust valve makes for plenty of torque right from the go, unrivalled maximum power and outstanding rideability. The mixture is generated by a 24 mm Mikuni flat slide. A crankshaft close to the centre of gravity ensures perfect agility. Combined with the self-cleaning wave discs, the four-pot calliper ensures the best possible braking performance. The kinematics of the brake lever have been fine-tuned to the requirements of young racers for precise action and brake force application. With 14 inch front wheel and 12 inch rear wheels, for riders up to 5’3’’.

    85 SX - FULLY-FLEDGED MX TECHNOLOGY
For many years, the 85 SX is the unrivalled number 1 for hungry motocross racers from eleven to fifteen. Now KTM expand the lead even further – with a completely reworked chassis, new body work and a new engine, that combines even more performance with even more reliability. The optimized, high quality, chrome-molybdenum steel frame has been further refined in many details. As on the full-size bikes, the frame impresses with even more precise cornering characteristics. The proven 43 mm upside-down fork with 270 mm suspension travel and the improved PDS ensure optimum traction and suspension comfort. Rebound and compression damping can be adapted individually to track and rider in no time at all. The sensational engine has been completely overhauled for 2013 and delivers its power over a wide rev range thanks to its intake membrane and intricate exhaust control. A more compact cylinder ensures that the two stroke engine achieves much better cylinder charging, thanks to the more efficiently designed, centrifugally- controlled exhaust valve. The new engine produces significantly more power from mid-range to topend engine speeds. The six-speed transmission always has the right gear ratio available. Optionally with 14 inch rear wheel and 17 inch front wheel or with 16 inch rear wheel and 19 inch front wheel.
