HUGE NIGHT FOR KTM AT YOUTHSTREAM AWARD CEREMONY!

KTM’s success on the Motocross track in 2013 was recognized and celebrated in style at a Gala Event on Saturday on the eve of the Motocross of Nations in Germany’s Teutschenthal.
Following the biggest and most successful racing season for the Austrian sports bike manufacturer, KTM riders and factory teams picked up multiple World and European Senior and Junior Championship awards. KTM was also the Manufacturer World Champion in all three MX classes.
Pit Beirer, KTM’s Head of Motorsports was presented with a special Lifetime Achievement Award. He has followed his successful racing career with a professional one that has seen him shape KTM’s factory teams into a dominant force in international competition.
KTM’s Heinz Kinigadner and Pit Beirer were also given an award to mark their work in “Wings for Life” a foundation that is dedicated to research for the cure and treatment of spinal injury. Youthstream also used the occasion to present “Wings for Life” with a donation of Euros 10,000.
