ZULFAHMI KHAIRUDDIN
Muhammad Zulfahmi Khaiuddin was born in Selangor, Malaysia on October 20, 1991. He has been racing in the MotoGP class since 2009, most recently for the Airasia Sic Ajo Team and stays with this team, which in 2012 races the KTM Moto3 bike. Zulfahmi made his race debut at the 2009 GP of Malaysia as a wild card entry. His first full season was 2010 where he had a top 15 finish at the GP of the Czech Republic at the Brno racing circuit. He raced a whole season in 2011, picking up 30 world championship points to finish overall eighteenth in the championship. He rides the KTM Moto3 bike # 63.
"Fahmi" made his breakthrough in the 2012 season finishing second in the Malaysian GP in front of his home crowd who helped him celebrate his first Moto3 podium and he wound up his season on a high note with a third in Valencia. Fahmi also picked up his first Moto3 podium in 2012. His results ensured he stays on the KTM Moto3 bike in 2013 when he races in the official factory team Red Bull KTM Ajo with Luis Salom of Spain and Australian Arthur Sissis.
