KTM Canada sponsors new showers at Walton Raceway!
Keeping clean at a dirt bike track is tough, but with KTM Canada sponsoring new shower facilities at Walton Raceway, it should be a lot less work! Those attending this year’s Walton TransCan will be the first to experience the new luxury!
“The Lee family and Mark Perrin are pushing the TransCan to the next level, which is evident with their recent investments into the grounds and infrastructure at Walton,” says KTM Canada’s Sport & Event Marketing Coordinator, Danny Brault. “KTM Canada is excited about their long term commitment to amateur racing, and we wish to be a part of it. After many discussions and planning with the Walton team, we’re happy to announce that Walton is now equipped with a modern shower facility!”
A unique but practical design, Walton’s showers are outfitted inside a large metal shipping container, with all of the bells and whistles required for a hot, high pressure post-moto rinse. The idea is to not only utilize the showers at the TransCan, but at other motorsports events across Southwestern Ontario, says Walton’s Brett Lee. “They’re made to transport without much effort, so we plan to use at other events within a reasonable drive, like a Gopher Dunes national.”
