MOTOREX KTM RACING TEAM - MX SENIOR
There’s a definite air of excitement permeating right through the new-look team, the first in-house KTM motocross outfit for three years.
It’s not just an organisational distinction, the bikes bristle with top-quality KTM Power Parts and the riders and crew wear 2013 KTM Power Wear.
KTM’s own technical head honcho Rob Twyerould has been brought back into the Team Manager role; probably the area where his considerable knowledge and expertise is most widely known and respected.
In his promising stable are two of Australia’s most exciting prospects, last year’s Vice Champion Todd Waters from North Queensland, and South Australian MX1 rookie Kirk Gibbs.
Waters makes no secret of his ambition to be the best in the world at the sport he loves – a journey that starts with being the best in Australia, while for Gibbs, 2013 sees the long-awaited graduation to the premier class.
Both will ride the new generation KTM 450 SX-F machines developed with the input of Roger DeCoster and made famous by Ryan Dungey in last year’s AMA Motocross championship.
The Motorex KTM Racing Team is “Ready to Race”.
