ROOF OF AFRICA PACKAGE 2009

BIKE
 | Fully prepared KTM 300 XC-W 2010 model
| | Bike will be equipped with Hyde protective guards
(handguards, exhaust sump guard, swingarm and disc protectors,
sump guard, front disc and fork protectors)
| | Triple thick tubes will be fitted and the bike will come with
one spare air filter and a full tank of petrol |
COLLECTION & GETTING "READY TO RACE"
| Motorcycles will be in Lesotho ready for collection from an Alfie Cox Racing technician on Tuesday morning, 24th November
| | A guide will be provided to take the guys for a Roof shakedown on Tuesday from 10.30h, approx. 100 km
(For those participants not in Lesotho by Tuesday, 24th November, the guide will be available on Wednesday morning) |
RACE SERVICE
| All bikes will be prepared on Wednesday afternoon for the start of the Round the Houses on Thursday
| | Included in the package the bikes will be prepared after each days race (ie Thursday & Friday), the preparation will include:
- washing of the bike
- air filter
- engine & gearbox oil
- tyre change if necessary
- checking over of nuts, bolts and spokes
- there will be technicians at the DSP's to provide you with support |
The following is NOT included in the package and would be for
the participants own account:
| tyres, Bib mousses, brake pads
| | major damage (ie handlebars / exhaust pipes / sub frames / forks / damage to engine casings causing mechanical failure or any other damage caused by negligence or accident)
| | Hotel accommodation
| | Entry fees
| | Medical insurance and evacuation
| | Food / refreshments
| | fuel and oil |
