Boissiere Dominates Dubai MX Opening Round
BO Team rider, Anthony Boissiere, managed by 5-time motocross champion, Georges Jobe, rode a perfect race to win the 1st race event of the Dubai Motocross Championship.
Anthony was riding a 2010 KTM 450 SX-F in very hot conditions at the Jebel Ali Motocross track on Friday, October 9th. "It was a hot day but the bike was great and I really enjoyed the sand track," Boissiere said after winning both heats.

The smooth style and speed of the Frenchman drew a crowd to the Dubai Motocross event. This year's Spanish GP winner in the MX2 class only came to Dubai to race the first race, but will be back to compete in more events in the coming months to prepare for next year's Motocross World Championship with the BO Team.

Tim Trenker, Managing Partner of KTM Middle East is pleased to support the international KTM riders when coming to Dubai to practice or race, "Having International top riders come to Dubai is great for the sport and lifts the profile of the local events."

Sam Sunderland handily won the first moto in the MX2 class, clearly being the fastest rider on the track aboard the 2010 KTM 250 SX-F. "With the updates made on the 2010 450 SX-F it was much easier to maintain a fast pace on the challenging new track layout. The bike was awesome!" according to Sam. Unfortunately, lady luck was not on his side as Sam finished the day in 2nd place overall.

In MX1, despite having some bad luck in both motos, starting from the back of the pack, Sam literally flew passed the field to finish 3rd overall. The power and handling of his 2010 KTM 450 SX-F gave him what he needed to pass more than a dozen riders to get on to the podium.
