KTM podium at FMSQ Enduro-Cross race!
FMSQ Enduro-Cross Series: Round 9, Victoriaville, QC, September 5th & 6th, 2009
Last weekend was the FMSQ event in Victoriaville and over 670 riders entered to participate. Saturday night after the ATV races was the Extreme-cross race where KTM riders Philippe Chainé, Michel Metcalfe and Scott Bowes finished respectively in 1st, 2nd and 3rd position. Sunday, KTM riders dominated the event; KTM Francis Ouimette (KTM 250 XC-F) quickly took the lead and kept it for a good part of the race followed by KTM Duroy Racing rider Michel Metcalfe (KTM 250 XC). Metcalfe rode really hard and was able to pass Francis to ride in 1st place for the rest of the race. He took the 1st position overall and he is now leading the championship with only 1 race to go. Francis Ouimette continued with a fast pace to take the 2nd position. KTM rider Scott Bowes was riding in 3rd position for the majority of the race but KTM Canada rider Patrick Beaulé passed him towards the end of the race won on his KTM 300 XC-W 2010 to win the last place on the podium. Bowes took the 4th place and KTM rider Jérémy Daudelin completed the top 5.
KTM Nathan Bless scores good results at Walton!
Ontario CMRC Provincial Series: Walton, ON, September 6th, 2009
Last weekend in Walton was a CMRC provincial race and KTM rider Nathan Bless scored really good results. He finished in 2nd position overall in the Intermediate MX2 class with his 2-2 results. He also participated in the Pro GP class and took the 2nd position with 3-2 results.
KTM racers scored great results at Kamloops CMRC provincial race!
BC CMRC Provincial Series: Kamloops, BC, September 6th, 2009
KTM dealer Trailblaz’n Power rider Trae Franklin, had another fast weekend at Kamloops CMRC event. He crossed the finish line in 1st position in both his motos in the Junior GP class to take the overall for the day. He also won all the motos in the Schoolboy category followed by another KTM rider Jordan Piccolo. KTM rider Cole Varty scored a 3rd position overall in the Junior MX2 class. KTM dealer RTR Performance riders scored also really good results. Dylan Coombs finished 2nd overall in the Intermediate MX2 class, Josh Allen took the 2nd position overall in the Intermediate MX1 class followed by Craig Fortune. In the Ladies class Jamie Munro ended up in 3rd Overall and Kody Munro settled for 3rd in the 85 (7-11) category. RTR Performance Kirk Haws finished in 3rd in Pro MX 1.
FMSQ Enduro-Cross ATV Series: Round 9, Victoriaville, QC, September 5th, 2009
KTM rider Amélie Lavallée was really fast again this weekend for the 9th round of the series in Victoriaville. KTM dealer Grégoire Sport rider crossed the finish line in 2nd place a few seconds after the leader on her KTM 525 XC ATV.
Patrick Brisebois finished in 3rd position in the Semi Pro class!
Courses VTT Quebec Series: La Croche, QC, Sept 5th & 6th, 2009
KTM dealer Grégoire Sport rider, Patrick Brisebois participated at the last round of the Courses VTT Quebec series last weekend. He rode really well and finished with a 3rd position overall with his 4-6 results on a KTM ATV 450 SX. Sunday in the Pro class, KTM dealer Moto des Ruisseaux rider Bobby Desjardins put his KTM ATV on the podium. He won the 1st moto and crossed the finish line in 4th position in moto 2 for a 3rd place overall.
First career 450 moto win at Steel City for Justin Brayton!
US Motocross Lites Series: 12th round, Delmont, PA: September 5th, 2009
Jagermeister/MDK/KTM rider Justin Brayton ended his 2009 Motocross season the best possible way - with his first career 450 moto win at Steel City. He received a 10th place start in the first moto, lost a few positions early on and then worked his way forward as the moto progressed. By the moto end he had climbed to 11th position. The second moto was the moto Brayton, his fans, and KTM will remember for life. Brayton pulled the Holeshot from the start and led every lap from start to finish earning his first career 450 Motocross win.
US Motocross Series: 12th round, Delmont, PA: September 5th, 2009
Ryan Sipes of the Muscle Milk/MDK/KTM team had a great start the first moto, at one point he was sitting in 2nd, and eventually finished in a solid 6th place. The second moto he topped his first moto score with a 5th overall to earn 4th overall on the day. His teammate Tommy Searle finished the season with a top ten score. His 13-6 moto scores earned him 9th overall.

Série d’Enduro-cross FMSQ: 9e course, Victoriaville, Québec, 5 et 6 septembre 2009
La fin de semaine dernière se tenait un événement FMSQ à Victoriaville et un nombre record de plus de 670 coureurs se sont inscrits. Samedi soir se tenait la course d’extrême-cross et les coureurs KTM Philippe Chainé, Michel Metcalfe et Scott Bowes ont terminé respectivement en 1ère, 2e et 3e position. Pendant la course dimanche, les coureurs KTM ont dominé la course; le coureur KTM Francis Ouimette (KTM 250 XC-F) a rapidement pris la tête et l’a gardé pour une bonne partie de la course suivi du coureur KTM Duroy Racing Michel Metcalfe (KTM 250 XC). Metcalfe a roulé extrêmement vite et a été capable de dépassé Francis pour prendre la 1ère position. Il a remporté la course et il mène actuellement le championnat avec seulement une course à faire. Francis Ouimette a continué de rouler à une bonne cadence et a remporté la 2e position au total. Le coureur KTM Scott Bowes a roulé en 3e position pour la majorité de la course mais le coureur KTM Canada Patrick Beaulé a réussi à prendre la dernière place sur le podium avec son KTM 300 XC-W 2010. Bowes a finalement fini en 4e position suivi du coureur KTM Duroy Racing Jérémy Daudelin pour compléter le top 5.

Série provinciale de l’Ontario CMRC: Walton, Ontario, 6 septembre 2009
La fin de semaine dernière se tenait une course provinciale CMRC à Walton et le coureur KTM Nathan Bless a obtenu d’excellents résultats. Il a terminé en 2e position au total de la catégorie Intermédiaire MX2 avec ses résultats 2-2. Il a également participé à la classe Pro GP et a pris la 2e position avec des résultats 3-2.

Série provinciale de la Colombie-Britannique CMRC: Kamloops, Colombie-Britannique, 6 septembre 2009
Le coureur du concessionnaire KTM Trailblaz’n Power Trae Franklin, a connu une autre excellente fin de semaine à Kamloops pour la course CMRC. Il a traversé la ligne d’arrivée en 1ère position à ses deux courses de la catégorie Junior GP. Il a également gagné ses courses en Schoolboy suivi par un autre coureur KTM Jordan Piccolo. Le coureur KTM Cole Varty a pris la 3e position en Junior MX2. Les coureurs du concessionnaire KTM RTR Performance ont également obtenu d’impressionnants résultats. Dylan Coombs a terminé en 2e position dans la classe Intermédiaire MX2 et Josh Allen a pris la 2e position en Intermédiaire MX1 suivi par Craig Fortune. Dans la catégorie des femmes, Jamie Munro a fini en 3e position et Kody Munro a pris la 3e position dans la classe 85 (7-11). L’autre coureur RTR Performance Kirk Haws a fini en 3e position dans la classe Pro MX1.
Série VTT d’Enduro-cross FMSQ: 9e course, Victoriaville, Québec, 5 septembre 2009
La coureuse KTM Amélie Lavallée a roulé une fois de plus très vite la fin de semaine dernière pour la 9e course de la série à Victoriaville. La coureuse du concessionnaire KTM Grégoire Sport a traversé la ligne d’arrivée en 2e position quelques secondes derrière le meneur sur son KTM 525 XC VTT.

Le coureur du concessionnaire KTM Grégoire Sport, Patrick Brisebois a participé à la dernière course de la série Courses VTT. Il a très bien roulé et a terminé en 3e position au total avec ses résultats 4-6 sur son KTM VTT 450 SX. Dimanche dans la classe Pro, le coureur du concessionnaire KTM Moto des Ruisseaux Bobby Desjardins a été en mesure de mettre son KTM VTT sur le podium. Il a remporté sa 1ère course et a traversé la ligne d’arrivée en 4e position à sa 2e course pour une 3e position au total.
1ère victoire en carrière en 450 pour Justin Brayton à Steel City!
Série américaine de motocross Lites: 12e course, Delmont, PA, 5 septembre 2009
Le coureur Jagermeister/MDK/KTM Justin Brayton a terminé sa saison de motocross 2009 de la meilleure façon possible, il a remporté sa 1ère course en carrière en 450. Il a obtenu une 10e position au départ à sa 1ère course. Il a perdu quelques positions au début de la course pour finalement traverser la ligne d’arrivée en 11e position. À sa 2e course, Brayton a remporté le Holeshot et a mené la course du début à la fin pour remporter sa 1ère victoire en carrière.

Il a gagné une position à sa 2e course en terminant en 5e position pour prendre la 5e place au total. Son coéquipier Tommy Searle a terminé sa saison avec un résultat dans le top 10 avec ses résultats 13-6 et sa 9e position au total.
